Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Three years related experience in retail supervision or management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving operational, financial, and customer service objectives.
• Perform all store opening and closing procedures and responsibilities.
• Provide daily leadership and oversight of retail operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maximize sales through stock rotation, merchandising, signage, and inventory control.
• Monitor payroll and expenses, and maintain timekeeping and documentation.
• Lead interviews, onboarding, and training of retail staff per guidelines.
