Job summary

Goodwill of the Olympics & Rainier Region in Maple Valley, WA is seeking a full-time Assistant Store Manager to lead retail supervisors and staff, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence. You will partner with the Store Manager to meet budget, customer experience, and compliance goals.

This role requires high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of retail supervisory experience, strong analytical and leadership skills, and the ability to train and onboard employees.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED equivalent.
3+ years related retail supervision or management experience.
Strong analytical, judgment, decision-making and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead store operations and retail leadership to achieve sales and service goals.
Open/close procedures and daily store supervision of staff.
Oversee inventory, merchandising, and cash handling controls.
Monitor payroll, expenses, and budget adherence.
Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and training of staff.
Ensure store audits and safety compliance are maintained.
