Job summary

Reformation is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in New York to lead store operations and drive sales while upholding our sustainability-focused brand. You will report to the Store Manager and help guide a team to achieve store goals, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years retail management experience.
• Experience with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Ability to set the standard for operational efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor sales performance and take action to improve outcomes.
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Deliver an elevated client experience and act as a brand ambassador with a focus on sustainability.
• Lead the sales floor and provide the customer-first experience to build loyal relationships.
• Coach team in the moment to drive continuous improvement.
• Balance staffing and payroll through effective scheduling.
