Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a supervisory or customer service role.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment.
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel to nearby stores.

Responsibilities

• Leading & Supporting: Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and step into their role when needed.
• Delivering Great Service: Greet customers warmly and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Managing the Store: Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe; follow policies.
• Driving Efficiency: Manage inventory, complete reports, and maintain high standards.
