Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years retail management experience (Assistant Manager).
• 3-5 years of retail experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily operations and supervision of employees.
• Maintain proper inventory controls and assist with shrink control and compliance.
• Monitor sales activities and contribute to customer satisfaction.
• Direct and supervise employees in sales, inventory-taking, and cash handling tasks.
• Ensure adherence to Citi Trends policies and procedures.
