You will partner with the Store Manager to manage staffing, onboarding, and coaching while upholding Citi Trends' policies and customer experience standards.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 2–4 years in an Assistant Manager or retail leadership position, with 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.
