Job summary

Boot Barn, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in leading daily operations and driving sales. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, coaching partners, and maintaining merchandising standards to meet store goals.

You will collaborate on staffing, schedules, and local community engagement while upholding Boot Barn’s values and policies. This is a full-time, on-site position in Rock Springs, WY.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and/or 2–4 years of retail store management experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead partners to foster a service and selling culture and exceed customer expectations.
• Coaching and recognizing excellence; stay active on the floor during peak hours.
• Train and develop team members to meet career goals and store performance goals.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to adapt to changing business needs and schedules.
• Maintain product knowledge, merchandising standards and inventory accuracy.
