Job summary

RedLion Mobility is seeking a Store Leadership professional to support daily operations at our Riverhead, NY location. You will assist the Store Manager with merchandising, inventory control and product launches, while driving revenue through optimal product positioning and customer engagement.

You will lead a team to meet sales goals, participate in onboarding and training, and uphold company policies including cash handling and audits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience, preferably in wireless or consumer electronics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Bilingual with Spanish or French is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in merchandising, inventory control and product launches.
• Collaborate on product positioning, promotions and customer engagement to meet revenue goals.
• Ensure policy compliance including cash handling and audits.
• Lead team to achieve sales goals through strategic selling, upselling and cross-selling.
• On-board and train new hires and foster performance-driven culture.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and NPS goals.
