Lids Sports Group in Erie, PA is seeking a part-time Assistant Store Manager to lead sales, customer service, and daily store operations. You will act as manager on duty, coach associates, and ensure the store meets performance targets while upholding company standards.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work unsupervised, and a passion for sports and fashion retail. The Erie location offers competitive hourly pay ($16.00–$17.00) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, etc. when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Administer discipline including verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Engage team members by creating a fun and productive environment and aligning work with company objectives.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment and adhere to Brand Standards.
• Schedule and staff the store, calling in associates for peaks when needed.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and protect inventory and funds.
• Other duties as assigned.
