Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up.
• Recruit and train store personnel on proper operations and procedures.
• Encourage compliance with company policies and safeguard inventory and cash.
