Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Auburn, WA to help run daily store operations and drive sales. You will support the Store Manager, lead supervisors and staff, and ensure excellent customer service and store standards.

You will assist in hiring, training, and coaching while maintaining inventory levels and executing action plans to reach goals. A strong communicator with 5+ years in a related role is preferred, and flexibility is required for seasonal shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience with POS and in-store systems; able to troubleshoot day-to-day issues.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; no strict degree requirement.
• Excellent communication and people-management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and direction to store staff including supervisors and associates.
• Execute and support plans to enhance productivity and performance.
• Assist Store Manager in interviewing, hiring, training and coaching staff.
• Coach staff to meet performance standards on a day-to-day basis.
• Maintain inventory levels with effective replenishment, shrink control and communication.
• Assist in developing action plans to address sales, safety and personnel development.
