Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and champion customer service across our Cypress, TX location. Responsibilities

• Lead, execute and assist Lids selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and address issues in the moment, including escalations and urgent requests.
• Ensure customers participate in Lids membership programs or in-store offers when available.
• Maintain proper visual guidelines, merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Open and close the store and manage cash handling procedures.
