Bosselman Enterprises is seeking a 1st Assistant Manager to oversee the Pump & Pantry location’s operations, including all programs and business units. You will manage scheduling, staff, and daily back-office tasks while maintaining high standards of customer service and food safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years as Assistant Manager, and at least 6 months as Sales Associate.
• Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• Must possess a valid Food Handler’s permit or ServSafe Certification where required by law or policy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total operation of the Pump & Pantry location, including all programs and business units.
• Ensure daily/weekly/monthly routines, back office, bookwork and inventory are completed timely and accurately.
• Maintain customer service standards and supervise cash handling and deposits.
• Address personnel and facility concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Ensure food safety procedures, proper storage, handling and temperatures are followed.
