Job summary

Bosselman Enterprises is seeking a 2nd Assistant Manager to support Pump & Pantry locations. The role oversees daily store operations in the absence of the General Manager and 1st Assistant Manager, ensuring standards are met through direct supervision and involvement.

Responsibilities include paperwork, shift management, customer service, cash handling, food safety, training, and inventory tasks, with a focus on maintaining a safe, neat, and efficient store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience or training acceptable.
• Food Handler’s permit or Serve Safe certification as required by law or policy.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Open and close shifts, complete required documentation.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and follow company cash handling policies.
• Supervise and train store personnel to ensure duties are performed correctly.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and proper food handling standards.
