Athleta in Austin is seeking an Assistant Manager who sets the vibe for the store and leads a high-performing team. You’ll drive profitable sales through customer-centric operations, merchandising, and talent development, while partnering with leadership to execute store strategy and deliver a best-in-class experience for customers.

You’ll coach Leads and Brand Associates, recruit and develop staff, and ensure consistent execution of SOPs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication with customers and team
• Comfort with retail technology
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods

Responsabilités

• Drive store sales through a customer-centric mindset
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts
• Own assigned area of responsibility
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies
• Perform Service Leader duties
• Ensure consistent SOP execution
• Represent the brand and understand the retail landscape
• Promote community involvement
• Leverage omni-channel for a frictionless customer experience
