Job summary

Clarks is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Miromar Outlets in Estero, FL. You will partner with store leadership to drive a high-performance sales culture and coach a team of associates to deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, scheduling, and achieving store goals while ensuring merchandise standards and safety. Retail management experience is required.

Retail experience
Prior management experience
Standing for extended periods may be required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Responsibilities

Partner with store leadership to drive a culture of sales and performance
Support a team selling environment and coaching
Participate in all areas of store recruitment
Teach, coach and train store associates within set timeframes
Help set reachable yet ambitious goals and ensure staffing levels
Lead in employee relations matters in the absence of the Store Manager
Contribute to P&L analysis and store performance reviews
Champion company initiatives and lead change
Ensure proper merchandising per company directive
Maintain safety and security for associates and customers
