The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Miromar Outlets location in Estero, FL. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead and coach the sales team, delivering exceptional customer service and achieving store targets.

We value experience in prestige cosmetics, a passion for coaching others, and the ability to manage store operations, inventory and cash reconciliation in a fast-paced setting. A dynamic, customer-focused leader is ideal for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Insp irational, authentic and personalized customer service skills.
• Previous supervisory experience with a track record of coaching/mentoring to hit sales and service targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
