Job summary

nomnom Assistant Store Manager in Lewiston, ID partners with the Store Manager to deliver excellent service at our nomnom store. You will supervise team members, manage cash, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards to meet customer expectations.

This role offers competitive hourly pay with shift differential eligibility and growth opportunities within Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. across multiple states.

Qualifications

• To meet the basic qualifications you will be at least 21 years of age and have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and handling cash preferred.
• Perform basic math accurately.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store staff to deliver friendly, efficient service.
• Maintain a safe work environment by prioritizing safety and compliance.
• Oversee cash handling, POS operations and daily sales reconciliation.
• Back-up to Store Manager: assist with performance reviews and training.
• Ensure store is clean, well-stocked and organized for customers.
• Promote customer loyalty programs and positive store image.
