Job summary

nomnom East Main is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Lewiston, ID. The role offers hourly pay with a $16.95–$20.50 range plus a $3.00 shift differential. You will provide friendly service, handle sales at the POS, and support merchandising and store operations in a multi-state retail environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 19 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and cash handling preferred.
• Able to communicate in English, both written and oral.
• Willing to work various shifts and arrive on time.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service at the store; assist customers at the pump if needed.
• Ring up sales on the POS system and handle cash and other payment types.
• Maintain cash, coupons, and other tender; follow safety and environmental policies.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise; assist with inventory and shift audits.
• Attend safety trainings and maintain store cleanliness and equipment.
