Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and transportation required.
• Minimum 1 year of store manager or assistant store manager experience.
• Minimum 2 years convenience store or retail experience preferred.
• Proficient with POS system and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure store safety policies and procedures.
• Lead and develop store staff to provide superior customer service.
• Recruit, interview and select qualified applicants using fair management practices.
• Prepare and submit employee paperwork accurately and on time.
• Staff and schedule labor to meet customer demand within budget.
• Manage cash, monies and inventory during shifts and report daily results.
• Plan store activities to maximize operating profit and implement promotions.
