Job summary

Par Pacific’s nomnom Customer Service Associate in Lewiston, ID, provides friendly, efficient service at the gas station and convenience store. You will ring up sales at the POS, handle cash and other tender, stock merchandise, and maintain inventory while following safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and handling cash preferred.
• Perform basic math accurately.
• Ability to communicate in English (orally and in writing).
• Ability to work various shifts as scheduled, and arrive on time.
• Ability to perform essential duties and work in the described conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service; assist customers at the gas pump if needed.
• Ring up sales on POS; follow cash handling procedures for payments.
• Handle cash and other tenders; monitor coupons and discounts.
• Follow store policies and safety/environmental procedures.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise; maintain inventory levels.
• Attend safety trainings and meetings as required.
• Maintain site cleanliness and basic upkeep of equipment; report problems.
• Be a positive team player and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
• Work with minimal supervision and flexible hours; attend meetings as needed.
• Obtain food and age-restricted product certifications within 2 weeks of employment.
