Qualifications

• Create a store environment focused on exceptional guest experience and driving sales; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Deliver an emotionally engaging guest experience through product knowledge and connections.
• Maximize sales by applying selling strategies and coaching, and leveraging the Guest Sales Leader role.
• Drive guest loyalty through Rewards, KPIs, and effective communication.
• Build lasting customer relationships and maintain store appearance per planogram.
