Job summary

Newell Brands, the parent company of Yankee Candle, is seeking a 2nd Assistant Manager for its Thornton, CO store. You will support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving profitable sales growth.

You will coach staff, ensure visual standards, manage inventory, and uphold safety policies in a fragrance-rich store environment. Previous retail leadership and flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven retail management experience (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Solution-oriented approach.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
