Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis.
• Operate cash register, according to PMG standards, surrounding cash handling, record keeping, and paperwork.
• Ability to train, coach, and hold employees accountable.
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Reports to the store in emergency situations: Break-in, robbery, alarm setting, etc.
• Remain drug free and submit to random drug screens.
• Conduct cigarette inventory counts, trend sheets, and prescribed reports.
• Follow PMG policies regarding safety and operational excellence.
• Perform work with integrity, honesty, and respect.
• Manage the operations of the store including cleanliness, stocking, ordering, and other requests.
