Job summary

PMG Carolinas LLC is seeking a capable Store Manager to oversee operations across Hampstead, NC and the Topsail Cstore location. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, coordinate safety and security, and ensure exceptional customer service.

This role requires leadership, cash handling, and the ability to train and coach team members. You will direct daily tasks, maintain records, and cooperate with management to uphold PMG standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or college degree.
• Basic math, cash-handling, and computer skills.
• Previous restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer-service experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Schedule flexibility.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis.
• Operate cash register, according to PMG standards, surrounding cash handling, record keeping, and paperwork.
• Ability to train, coach, and hold employees accountable.
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Manage the operations of the store including cleanliness, customer service, inventory rotation, stocking, ordering.
