Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our HOKA location. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, improve conversion, and enhance the customer journey while leading a team on the floor.

You will set shift targets, train staff, and manage daily operations, labor scheduling, inventory, and security. The role emphasizes exceptional service and community engagement in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve key business KPIs such as sales, conversion, ATV, customer capture, and NPS.
• Manage and track store KPIs while motivating and engaging team members.
• Ensure highest level of customer service and measure via NPS.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Set plans and targets and entrust team members appropriately.
• Support community through in-store events and local outreach.
• Assist in store administration and operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage labor, inventory, and cash controls.
• Oversee visual merchandising and execution of directives.
• Contribute to initiatives and retail programs enhancing the customer journey.
