Qualifications

• 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to supervise hourly staff and uphold standards.
• Experience with cash handling, banking, and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Complete required daily accounting paperwork and transmit by deadline.
• Supervise, develop, train and discipline hourly employees, upholding operational standards.
• Monitor shift cash handling and inventory; assist investigations of shortages/overages and variances.
• Maintain business records and cashier accountability sheets as prescribed by management.
• Perform banking, invoicing, payroll, and other administrative duties per cash control policies.
• Manage cash handling procedures including bank deposits and change orders.
• Maintain store image standards and ensure cleanliness, safety, and security.
• Engage in promotional initiatives and promote guest service.
