Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Ability to effectively teach and lead others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent and quality customer experience through staffing and brand recipes.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, merchandising, food safety, and equipment.
• Interview, hire, train, and develop staff to meet company standards.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and development for staff members.
• Maintain accountability in employees and handle terminations when needed.
• Determine staffing requirements and create schedules.
• Implement varied schedules to develop employees and maximize sales.
• Contribute to store profitability by increasing sales and managing expenses.
• Maintain sales and performance metrics and financial reports.
• Maintain final accountability for store operations.
