• Interview, hire, train, and develop staff to meet company standards.
• Provide ongoing feedback and development to staff for performance improvement.
• Manage staffing using daily/weekly schedules to meet business needs.
• Contribute to store profitability by increasing sales and controlling expenses.
• Maintain store operations and daily/weekly/quarterly financial reports.
