Scooter's Coffee is hiring Assistant Store Managers to lead and grow our team in Warrenton, Missouri. You’ll receive hands-on leadership training in hiring, scheduling, training a team of baristas, and completing managerial tasks while upholding our culture.

You’ll develop cross-functional skills in leadership, administration, organization, and customer service, aiming to build a positive, fast, friendly store experience for customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Must be organized, detail‑oriented.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Positive and professional demeanor and the ability to convey a positive team spirit.
• Clear communication skills.
• Prior leadership experience preferred, but no prior Scooter’s Management or Barista experience necessary.
