Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality customer experience through staffing and proper beverage procedures.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Interview, hire, train, and develop staff to Scooter's standards.
• Provide ongoing feedback and develop staff; address performance.
• Schedule staff based on business needs and maximize sales.
• Contribute to profitability by controlling expenses and increasing sales.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and quarterly financial reports.
• Oversee all store operations with final accountability.
