Scooter’s Coffee is hiring for an Assistant Store Manager in Cape Girardeau, MO. This role offers hands-on leadership training in hiring, scheduling, and coaching a team of baristas to deliver fast, friendly service.

You will work to maintain a positive culture, handle administrative tasks, and ensure store performance within franchise guidelines while upholding product quality and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be an organized, detail-oriented person.
• Must have the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Must have a positive and professional demeanor and the ability to convey a positive "team spirit" amongst the staff.
• Must have the ability to clearly communicate.
• Prior leadership experience preferred, but no prior Scooter’s Management or Barista experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Store Manager will receive hands-on leadership training in hiring, scheduling, training a team of baristas, completing managerial paperwork tasks, and running a clean, efficiently operating store.
• The role involves developing and cross training in leadership, administration, organization, customer service, and staff engagement.
• Responsibilities include staffing, inventory budgeting, and maintaining store standards.
