You will lead a friendly, service-oriented barista team, set a high-energy pace, drive sales, and uphold our core values of integrity, love, humility, and courage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively teach and lead others.
• Energetic, fast-paced, flexible work style.

Responsabilités

• Ensure consistent and quality customer experience through proper staffing and brand beverage execution.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and equipment.
• Interview, hire, train, and develop staff to demonstrate company standards.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and development for staff.
• Maintain accountability in employees using progressive discipline and HR collaboration.
• Determine staffing requirements and create schedules.
• Implement varied schedules to develop employees and maximize sales potential.
• Contribute to store profitability by increasing sales and managing expenses.
• Maintain company standards in sales/performance metrics.
• Encourage full team participation in setting goals and action plans.
• Ensure cash handling, POS, safety, and procedures are performed accurately.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and quarterly financial reports.
• Maintain final accountability for store operations.
