Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent and quality customer experience through proper staffing and brand beverage execution.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, merchandising, food safety, and equipment.
• Interview, hire, train, and develop staff to meet company standards.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and development for staff.
• Maintain accountability in employees using progressive discipline and HR support as needed.
• Create daily/weekly staffing schedules based on business needs.
• Implement varied schedules to develop employees and maximize sales across hours.
• Contribute to profitability by seeking opportunities to increase sales and manage expenses.
• Maintain company standards in personal and store sales/performance metrics.
• Encourage full team participation in setting goals and planning actions.
• Ensure cash handling, POS, safety, and operational procedures are followed accurately.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and quarterly financial reports.
• Maintain final accountability for store operations.
