The role emphasizes cash handling, customer interactions, and accurate transactions. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and 1+ year experience in sales or customer service, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

Serve and educate customers on product portfolio and options.
Escalate issues to store manager and corporate office when needed.
Answer telephone inquiries and assist with customer applications.
Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations.
Handle and count currency, manage cash drawer, and assist with deposits.
Balance batch receipts and resolve over/short discrepancies.
