Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring of high caliber employees with in-store needs.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees by enforcing policies.
• Supervise and manage daily store operations in the absence of Store Manager/Manager In Training.
• Ensure loss prevention practices are followed and documented.
