The Co-Manager role supports Store Manager and Manager in Training in recruiting, training, and guiding a high-energy sales team to meet store goals, while maintaining excellent customer service and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Manager In Training in recruiting, hiring, training, and managing store personnel to meet sales goals and protect assets.
• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback and coaching to employees while enforcing company policies.
• Ensure execution of company initiatives as directed by leadership.
• Supervise daily store operations in manager absence and manage loss prevention.
• Communicate store needs to Store Manager and Manager In Training.
• Resolve customer issues effectively to provide a full-service experience.
