Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC in Sumter, SC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations, run the register, coach a frontline team, and ensure outstanding customer service on every shift. Open availability is required, including weekends and holidays.

You will assist with hiring, training, scheduling, merchandising, deposits, and daily cash handling while pursuing growth into store leadership. Weekly pay, bonuses, 401(k), PTO, health coverage and a sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work weekends, holidays and typically second or third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance for bank deposits.
• Physically able to perform tasks such as cleaning, stocking, and maintenance of facilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service.
