GPM Investments, LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager for our high-energy convenience store. You will support the Store Manager with daily operations, supervise staff, and deliver excellent customer service on every shift.

You must be available weekends and holidays and be ready to work second or third shifts. This role offers weekly pay, a potential monthly bonus, and opportunities for career growth within retail leadership.

Qualifications

• Food Safety Certification required or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed, accuracy, and a great attitude.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service.
• Act as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to stay stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide leadership feedback to motivate excellence.
• Other duties as assigned
