GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to keep our high-energy convenience store running smoothly on second or third shifts. You will support the Store Manager, supervise cash handling, and lead a team focused on customer service and upselling.

The role requires open availability, weekend and holiday work, and a drive to develop into store leadership. Training and progression opportunities are available to grow your retail career.

Qualifications

Customer service experience in a retail or convenience store setting.
Ability to coach and motivate a team to upsell and meet goals.
Experience with cash handling, deposits, and basic store financials.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on service and store success.
Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep shelves stocked.
Create and manage team schedules for full shift coverage.
Maintain a clean, welcoming store and restrooms.
