GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our high-energy convenience store. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, and lead a team on busy shifts to ensure fast, friendly service and store success.

Open availability is required, including weekends and holidays, with second or third shifts common. You will coach staff, manage inventory and scheduling, handle cash, and help maintain a clean, inviting store environment.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience and leadership abilities.
• Experience coaching and motivating a team to upsell.
• Comfortable handling cash, deposits, and store finances.
• Willingness to hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Must have or be able to obtain Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service and store success.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits and oversee store financials.
