GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to keep our convenience store energized and running smoothly on all shifts. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, and coach a team focused on customer service and upselling.

Open availability is required, including weekends and holidays. Compensation includes weekly pay, a sign-on bonus, and opportunities for career growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must have Food Safety Certification.
• 21+ years old.
• Open availability on weekends/holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
