GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for a high-energy convenience store. Open availability is required, with weekend, holiday, and second/third shift work expected.

You will support the Store Manager, run the register, coach the team, and help hire/train, ensuring excellent customer service and store performance. You will step in as acting manager when needed, manage inventory, merchandising, and scheduling, and oversee cash handling and deposits to keep operations smooth and

Qualifications

• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Able to work second or third shifts.
• Experience leading a retail team and handling cash.
• Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Act as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and restrooms.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
