GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to keep our high-energy convenience store running smoothly on weekends, holidays and second/third shifts. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, coach the team, and oversee hiring and training to ensure top customer service.

Ideal candidates are dependable, driven, and ready to lead in a fast-paced retail environment with growth potential into store management.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and store operations preferred.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team for upselling and excellent service.
• Experience hiring, training, and leading staff in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing customer-service team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
