Job summary

Lush North America is hiring an Assistant Manager in Novi, MI to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our store. You will support the Shop Manager, manage staff, and ensure sales goals are met with a focus on brand values and ethical practices.

You will train and coach the team, oversee schedules, and maintain store standards while promoting growth from within and a positive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing or supervising in a retail environment.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills.
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty and ethical business.
