Job summary

Lush North America is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Wisconsin to lead daily operations, coach a diverse team, and ensure a vibrant, inclusive customer experience in a busy retail environment.

As second‑in‑command to the Shop Manager, you’ll drive sales, uphold brand values like cruelty-free and ethical sourcing, manage scheduling, training and performance, and support merchandising and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years managing or supervising in a retail environment.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills.
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty and ethical business.
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings and weekends.
