Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store according to brand values and service standards.
• Assist Store Manager with recruitment, training, development and performance reviews of staff.
• Manage payroll control and scheduling to maintain profitability and service levels.
• Support training programs and loss-prevention education across the store.
• Act as Store Manager when the Store Manager is away and ensure adherence to policies and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively and present information to groups; use MS Office and retail software regularly.
