Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Utah store. You will drive sales, process transactions at the register, keep the store organized, and support stock and merchandising tasks.

The role requires teamwork, reliable communication, and the ability to learn quickly. Weekend and evening shifts are common, with a competitive base pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or related role.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Physical ability to stand, move, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer experience in-store according to brand values.
• Assist in achieving sales, KPIs and profitability targets through excellent service.
• Process sales transactions accurately at checkout and securely.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising compliance.
• Handle incoming/outgoing merchandise and assist with stock management.
• Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
