Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring KPIs and individual performance.
• Lead and coach the team to surpass productivity targets.
• Model exceptional customer service and selling behaviors to create authentic brand experiences.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Assist Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding top talent.
• Provide ongoing training, feedback, and development to team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Partner with Store Manager to manage expenses, shrink, and profitability.
• Maintain visual merchandising and inventory replenishment per brand directives.
• Foster accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement in the team.
