Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by tracking KPIs and personal targets.
• Lead and coach the team to surpass productivity and service excellence.
• Model exceptional customer service and brand experiences.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and task delegation.
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.
• Provide training and development to team members.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Partner with Store Manager to manage expenses and shrink.
• Maintain visual merchandising and stock replenishment aligned with brand directives.
• Foster accountability, creativity, and a culture of improvement.
• Promote a respectful, inclusive environment for diverse backgrounds.
